The yard has a palisade fenced perimeter and monitored CCTV for security and peace of mind. Access to the yard is through 6m x 2.4m electric gates with pin code or app access control. Available immediately on a 24-month renewable license.

What is the smallest yard size?
For our Battersea, the smallest yard size is 5,000 square feet, at £2,500 a month. The total site size is 50,000+ square feet. The site has indoor units from £2,800 a month, which are 1,700sq ft each and include outdoor space as well.
What is the space allowed to be used for?
In general, all of our sites are suitable exclusively for open storage. Our indoor units are also available for other operations (E Planning).

Examples are scaffolding companies, logistics & transportation, container storage business operators, vehicle sales & recovery for storage of stock, plant or welfare companies, modular building companies, and trailer companies.
What is access to the site like?
The site has good access, suitable for van access. Access to the yard is through 6m x 2.4m electric gates with pin code or app access control.
Is the site safe / secure?

We have indoor units available which are 1,700sq ft each, and come with a certain amount of outdoor space with them.

Yes, water and electric are available.
Can I live on the site (eg in a caravan or motor home)?
No, this is not permitted.

Can I just rent a container?
One of our customers may be a container storage operator, and we can connect you to them if there is. Should you wish to store containers for you business, you can rent a yard.
