Custom-built yards are available from 8,000 square feet.

All yards have a flat mainly tarmac surface, are securely fenced from the rest of the yard, are suitable for vehicles up to 7.5 tonne access and electric and water connections can be provided.

The yard has a palisade fenced perimeter and monitored CCTV for security peace of mind. Access to the yard is through 5m x 2.4m electric gates with pin code or app access control.

Available immediately on a 24-month renewable license or longer-term lease.
