All yards have a hardstanding (mix of concrete and compacted hardcore) surface, are securely fenced from the rest of the yard, are suitable for van and HGV access, and electric and water connections can be provided.

The yard has a palisade fenced perimeter and monitored CCTV for security peace of mind. Access to the yard is through 6m x 2.4m electric gates with app-based access control.
