All yards have a flat concrete surface, are securely fenced from the rest of the yard, are suitable for van and HGV access, and electric and water connections can be provided.

The yard has a palisade fenced perimeter and monitored CCTV for security peace of mind. Access to the yard is through 6m x 2.4m electric gates with app-based access control.
